Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who excels in interpersonal communication and has a knack for administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and appointments using scheduling software
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Learn and utilize Google Sheets for data management

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for phone and in-person communication
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable with scheduling software and administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, including Google Sheets
- A pleasant and friendly attitude toward customers and team members

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
